We may provide categories of personal information collected, specific personal information associated with your account, sources of the information, purposes for processing, categories of third parties with whom the information has been shared, and information regarding your account, registrations, purchases, and communications. To protect your privacy, we may request additional information to verify your identity before responding.

10.2 Right to Correct Information

Certain information may also be updated directly through your MyDream Network account, where available.

10.3 Right to Delete Information

Where permitted by applicable law, you may request that we delete personal information we maintain about you. We may decline or delay deletion where retention is necessary to complete an ongoing transaction, provide requested services, comply with legal obligations, maintain financial records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, protect the security of our systems, preserve historical event records, maintain media archives, or protect intellectual property rights. If deletion cannot be completed for legal or operational reasons, we will explain the basis for our decision where required by law.

Where our processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

10.5 Right to Restrict Processing

Where applicable, you may request that we temporarily restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances, such as while a dispute regarding the accuracy of your information is being resolved.

10.6 Right to Object

Nº 13

Children's Privacy

MyDream Entertainment LLC DBA MYDREAM GLOBAL is committed to protecting the privacy and safety of children. We recognize the importance of safeguarding personal information belonging to minors and strive to comply with applicable laws governing the collection and use of children's personal information.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our websites, applications, pageants, competitions, and online services are intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age. Certain youth programs may permit participation by individuals under the age of 18, subject to the requirements described in this section.
